This strip is credited to an anonymous graffiti artist who I admire. This artist made stenciled tags around the campus of my university. I first noticed the stencils in the summer of 2003, around the same time I started drawing the characters of The Lawn. When I first saw these “rabbit” stencils, I was struck by how much they resembled some of my creatures. To celebrate this coincidence and to show my respect for this artist, “Lovestruck-Starstruck” is my tribute.
