Date Run: October 25, 2005 Credit To: Comments: Suitably, this was one of the first strips of The Lawn ever drawn - it dates way back to October 2003, before it was even called 'The Lawn.' The joke is a combination of a confused knock-knock joke, and Abbott and Costello's "Who's On First" routine. That is why the photo accompanying this strip is an image of Abbott and Costello, with my face artfully Photoshopped onto each of theirs. Unfortunately, this was the last weekly photo I got around to doing, mainly because of a particularly unpleasant break-up. But, if you want to see something neat, here's the original drawing! So cute!
